We want you to love your linen. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
To organise a return, email hello@inbetweenlinen.com with your order number and a short note. We’ll guide you through the next steps - stress free.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected, and issued back to the original payment method
